Great group today at the Kodiak, lots of good mumble chatter, a little mockery of the Q, and we had everything we need for a great beatdown.

4 Corner Escalator : this is one of those exercises where, as the Q, you get a little ways into it and realize this was a little tougher than estimated, so you’ll be trimming down the 2nd half of what you had planned.  No worries, more for the next Q.
