INTRO:
On a warm rainy morning, 13 pax slayed the fart sack to get some AC. They ascended upon The Cheetah for a memorable beatdown. With forecasts for rain with a slight chance of more rain, these dedicated souls owned the 45-minute beatdown with AC as the VQ and 2 FNGs in tow.

WARM-O-RAMA:

After a short mozy in front of the school, AC did a fine job at the disclaimers and brought some new flare to sun gods (in cadence)

THE THANG:

After the Warm-O-Rama and a mozy to the bus lanes, the pax did Buslane Suicide drills. Need To Breathe wasn’t good enough so AC cranked the heat up to Metallica. AC also broke out a new (to the pax) style of merkin called the Jiminy Cricket. After pairing up for a nice little competition, the pax raced to see who would complete it first. Here were the Bus Lane Suicide drills:

• 15 – Burpees
• 14 – Squats
• 13 – LBCs
• 12 – Jiminy Crickets
• 11 – Burpees
• 10 – Squats
• 9 – LBCs
• 8 – Jiminy Crickets
• 7 – Burpees
• 6 – Squats
• 5 – LBCs
• 4 – Jiminy Crickets
• 3 – Burpees
• 2 – Squats
• 1 – LBCs

Of course, the masterful Kiffin and FNG, Jeremey Hall (Betty Crocker), won in great time. They then started mary waiting for the others to finish up.

After a short mosy to the flag, Kiffin and Betty Crocker won the ability to select the team for the next challenge, Capture the Flag. There, the teams raced to either side of the school and flipped over sticky notes to reveal an exercise or a flag. If the team got a flag, they chose a sprinter to run it to the flag. The first team with 3 flags won….which was the FNG (Betty Crocker).

With 7 minutes left, we did mary and then headed back to COT.

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

Name-o-rama, 6th Man (Cuban), prayers, announcements. Papa John’s brother is suffering from Liver Cancer and is not doing well, physically and emotionally. Please pray for him to meet Jesus. Cuban is going on a mission trip to Africa! He is the man!! Going to do some great things there.
