INTRO:

The Flyin V is one of my favorite beatdowns. A solid run at a solid pace with solid standing pax, makes for good fellowship.

THE THANG:

The first route YHC picked when the Flyin V first flew the coop was down the Noonday Creek trail toTown Lake trail. The first time wemade it to the end of the trail. A couple months in, ran almost to Town Lake Parkway before the turn around. Before long all the way around Woodstock HS.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Gut Check showed what F3 and hard work will do. He posted as a redwood original for the Flyin V and ran way farther today than he did that first day.

Homeboy can shut it. Running is Running.

Men stand. Apparently the Paragon men don’t. One would think that is impossible because Paragon men planted at 8°s. Clearly, summer has softened the Pax. Whats next yoga mats?

One would also think that Homeboy would stand with how hard it is to pull those skinny jeans up, but apparently he’s a sitter too. I guess thats not really a suprise.
