INTRO:

There were only a few men brave enough to pack their bags and go on a little trip to B0.0MTown, here’s what the men enjoyed on their journey:

WARM-O-RAMA:

After a slow mosy to make over to the field we circled up and did a few IC favorites like SSH, and windmills

THE THANG:

Time to get to the fun:

We kept it pretty simple we went 100 – 10 reps, dropping by 10 with each exercise and rotated through with a leg exercise, an ab exercise, and a chest/arm exercise. Some of the highlights: 100 Lunge steps, 90 LBC, 80 Merkins, 70 Monkey Humpers (as people were piling in for Football), 60 Big Boy sit-ups, 50 Carolina Dry Docks, 40 Star Jumps, 30 Flutter Kicks, 20 of some ab exercise, so of some chest exercise, then we finished with 10 Burpees.

Since Physics is what it is, and what goes down must come up (or something along those lines) we went back up in the same fashion with different exercises of the same nature.  Once down we went to the Flag for some Mary.
