So here we are in a new month and a new quarter and I am running a Co-Q with Voodoo who is doing his V-Q today. Weather’s great and the company is even better.

WARM-O-RAMA:

Voodoo started us off with a short mosey and some:

THE THANG:

Voodoo started with partnering up

Voodoo:

Partner 1 runs to the 50 yard line and does Shoulder taps while partner 2 does 20 Burpee’s with sandbag press up on your toes at the goal line. Partner 2 finishes then runs to the opposite goal line drooping off the sandbaby to partner 1 who then does the Burpee’s, then partner 2 does Shoulder taps until joined by partner 1. Repeated with Squat Thrusts and LBC’s and again with Dead lifts and Alternating Merkins.

Bloodhoud:

Quarter Pounder with Cheese,

On the Football field . Bear crawl pulling a sandbaby to the 25 yards and do 25 merkins, Run backwards to Goal And Sprint to the sandbaby and Bear crawl to the 50 and do 50 Mt Climbers, Backwards to Goal Line sprint to the sandbaby and Bear crawl to the 75 and do 75 Plank Jacks, Run backwards to the goal line and sprint to the sandbaby and Bear crawl to the  hundred and do 100 SSH.

Football Field Suicides

Sprint to the 10 and jog back, Increase by 10 each time until you hit the opposite goal line. Bear hug your sandbaby and walk it back to the truck them mosey back to the flags.
