INTRO:

Nine PAX including YHC entered the gloom this morning for some AMRAP stations.  An early morning audible was called as the baseball fields were locked up for a pending softball tournament.  Here’s what went down:

THE THANG:

We split into three groups and had three 10 min AMRAP stations:

Station One

Playground:  10 dips – 10 swerkins – 10 BBSU – 10 pull-ups – AMRAP

Station Two

Burpees…that’s it…10 mins of fun – AMRAP

Station Three

One person farmer carry 45lb kettle bells up the hill and performs 20 swings at top of hill then farmer carry back down.  The two other PAX performed AMRAP 10 Hand Release PU – 10 Box Cutters – 10 Split Jacks
