INTRO:

YHC arrived with 1 minute to spare from picking up his FNG to find that the Wicked Witch AO had gone to the dogs… Literally! Three PAX had decided to bring along their favorite critter to the point that YHC suggested that we refer to them as FNP(ets) ‘s.

While we were supposed to have a new set of exercise rings in place for this morning activities, yesterday’s storms precluded YHC from setting them up. Next week perhaps…

This AO has just hit a new high water mark at 11… and is only going to grow stronger from here on as the number of PAX signing up for Races and other CSAUPs of all kinds is exploding. This is is definitely the premier AO to train for your favorite cross-country event!

WARM-O-RAMA:

Weed-Picker 15, SSH 15, Moon Gods OYO, Imperial Walker 20

THE THANG:

Run the big white loop to the pull-up bars.

Perform 5 L shape pull-ups, while waiting for your turn elbow-plank 1 minute then 30 on the right side then 30 sec on the left side.

Continue running the big white loop to the next set of pull-up bars.

Perform 10 regular pull-ups, while waiting for your turn 30 on the right side then 30 sec on the left side, rinse and repeat until all pax are done.
