INTRO:

There would be no pull-ups at this Witch, for this QIC cannot yet locate the bars in the dark.  It would be mercans and reverse LBCs, and a lot of hills.

WARM-O-RAMA:

Mosey to open grass field, adjacent to the barn.

• 12 weed pickers
• 12 hillbillies
• 3 full happy jacks.

THE THANG:

Jog around to the base of the monster hill for a series of loops.  Up the hill, 30 mercans, back around to the base, up the hill, 30 wide mercans, back around to the base, up the hill, 30 diamond mercans.  Turbine can run him some hills, to be sure.

The PAX then jogged around to the park entrance, up the long hill along the power lines, whereupon we were going to begin another set of loops with various sets of reverse and normal LBCs.  However, our French warrior happened to leave his warm-up jacket back by the first loop.  So the PAX modified and hustled back to the jacket, conducting various LBCs at points along the trail, collected the jacket, and then hustled all the way back to the flag.

Set of 16 four-count mercans as we finished up.
