Part 1 – Babyface

YHC could not find a taker for to Q today’s festivities so you guys were stuck with me, and because Fia was away at Midway Park, we had to stay close to the playground, because 2.0s

 

Warm-up

We began running toward the rock pile when an FNG pulled up so, not wanting to leave him we circled up right there and did a little warming up with some Windmills, and something else I don’t remember, but the FNG got into the circle then we headed onto grab some coupons

 

The Thang

As I expressed a few months back YHC is a fan of Craps.  Not the kind that take place in the stink lodge we were next to for the beatdown, the the dice game.  My original design included a little (or alot depending on the thrower) running. Since B00MTown is a LIMITED running workout, YHC had to change it up a bit.  So this is how it went down:

 

Come Out Roll of a player:

7/11: Number rolled LBC.

2/3/12: Craps – Number rolled Burpees, 10 step lunge walk out/10 step reverse lunge walk back, & pass the dice

4/5/6/8/9/10: Point has been rolled.  That is the number of whatever exercise you roll from here on out.

 

Point is on:

If you roll a 7/11 – That many Squat Jumps, 5 Long Jumps out & Back, pass the Dice

2 – Happy Jacks

3 – Hand release Merkins

4 – Imperial Squakers (Kodiak)

5 – Pop Jacks

6 – Mike Tyson’s

8 – Monkey Humpers

9 – Lunges (Kodiak)

10 – Mountain Climbers

12 – Big boy Sit ups

Hard 4: Nose Breakers with Rock

Hard 6: Rock Press

Hard 8: Squats with the Rock

Hard 10: Chest Press

Hard 12: American Hammers (Kodiak), with rock

 

You will continue rolling until you hit a 7 or 11 or the point, if you roll the point you do the prescribed exercise the number rolled then pass the dice, no lunge or jumps

Part 2 – Manning

It’s always fun getting an opportunity to Q. Since it’s football season and my beloved Pats are about to go 19-0, I was a wee bit fired up to toss around the old pigskin today!

Pick up where the Pit Boss left off and mosey down to the goal line for the following:

DB Shuffle – shuffle left, shuffle right, sprint to the 20. X2

Tip Drill – Tip to your partner and sprint past the line. Every dropped ball = 5 yard penalty with 5 burpees.

100 yard dash – with up/down’s of course. X2

40 yard dash. X6

Circle up for some “Bull in the Ring” This is where things got a little dicey. Mismatches, crazy wrestlers, and pure competitive spirit created a little worry for YHC. Other than me getting put on roller skates by Cheat Sheet, and Dory getting pancake blocked, and Legionnaire getting is wrist jacked up again, I’d say it was a success!
