INTRO:

YHC showed up last, and there were only 3 Pax awaiting this freezing beatdown. Cuban actually almost drove off, thinking that perhaps we moved where we plant the flag at Paragon. Luckily, Nomad and Geppetto  showed up right before then. There is no escaping the frozen artificial tundra turf. Let’s mosey to it!

15 SSH, mosey to far sideline and back to our square

THE THANG:

Mission is to stay warm and moving.

Part 1: Suicide runs from goal line to 10 yd line and back, perform 1 burpee at goal line. Then to 20 yd line and back, 2 burpees. Then 30 yd line and back, 3 burpees….. and so on. Rinse and repeat until all 100 yards were completed and 10 burpees. Total of 55 burpees completed.

Part 2: 21s SSH game. Pax successfully completed this so no burpee penalty. Mosey 100 yards to other end zone. 4 count merkin 10s game – Pax again successfully completed this, no burpee penalty. Mosey 100 yards back to other end zone.

Part 3: Square drills – 3 sets. First set – sprint to 20 yd line on hash mark, side straddle to sideline, backpedal back to end zone, side straddle other direction to complete a box making back to original goal line/hash mark. Take a breather doing 20 4-count overhead air presses again. Repeat to the 30 yard line, taking a breather after completion doing 20 4-count imperial walkers. Lastly, repeat to the 40 yard line.

Lungs and legs were cashed out, so mosey to track for Mary led by Nomad, then Geppetto. Mosey to other side of field on the track, where Cuban and YHC led Mary. Then long mosey 1 lap to stadium steps.

Part 4: 21s yet again, except this was one big-boy situp at the bottom of stadium steps, then 20 squats at the time. Then back down for 2 BBSs, and back up for 19 squats. Rinse and repeat about 12 times until time runs out.

YHC was sweating buckets, but toes had frostbit. Not sure how that happens!

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

Prayers for Kiffin’s M and her surgery today. Praise for the Lord walking Cuban and his M through an ‘eventful’ Thanksgiving of surgeries.

Let us be thankful to be able to participate in F3, even when it’s 25 degrees outside.

YHC took the Q today in place of Swisher, who tweaked his back yesterday at Kodiak. Prayers for swift recovery for E.D.-Tim.
