INTRO:

The Mole needed a substitute teacher for today, so YHC stepped up. I didn’t know what to do getting to the AO so early. I had like 5 minutes to stand around and wait. That is when GutCheck should up ready for a beat down in subfreezing tempatures of 49°. Lets mosey.

WARM-O-RAMA:

All in cadence and it did not include SSHs until standing at main street waiting for the light to change because jaywalking is no go. So much for the streak, but it was well worth it ti entertain several early morning commuters waiting for the light to change as well.

THE THANG:

Mosey to the public parking lot behind the church. First up a good old fashion Dora 123. The run went up the hill across the parkinf lot and back. 

Next, the tripple nickle up another hill in the same parking lot. 5 reps of the worst mer merkin ever followed by running to the tip of the hill for 5 reps of the worst lunge ever. Worst merkin is a series of a werkin, merkin and diamond merkin for 1 rep. Worst lunge is front side and back lunge for each leg.

Time for 4 corners of abs always facing west. 20 reps (kodiak count where applicable) of the following exercises. American Hammer 1st corner, flutters 2nd corner, lbcs 3rd corner, and dolly at forth corner. Time to rinse and repeat.

Mosey back across town to the amphitheater for the star jump pagent and some J-los

Continued Prayers for Hard Hittin, Mandals friend having surgery, and jids having safe halloween.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

• Mandals won the pagent with impressive leg splits.
• This group tried to throw YHC off cadence count but clearly not happening.
• Drumstick has trouble counting. Maybe Swisher needs to help him and Homeboy out with their books for work because Homeboy can’t count either.
