This workout included two main objectives, to use the equipment at Dupree and learn more about our fellow PAX.

THE THANG:
Set ups a Circuit on the workout equipment. Â Rotate through all 12 machines. Â 50 seconds and then give em hell for the last 10!
The guy doing curls has to tell his life story in 60 seconds up to age 18.

Get a partner and do 10 ass sniffers each.
Fight the power ladder.  Start with  10, moving up to 15, 20, 25, 30 pounds.

CIRCLE OF TRUST:
6th Man was Sargent Slaughter,
We had 2 FNGs. Â Hooters brought our first FNG who was from Henderson, NC. The last time I stayed in Henderson someone smashed my window and took my laptop bag. Â The group named the FNG Smash and Grab. Â I think I broke all of the rules on the second FNG. Â I went to college with this guy and have called him Dodie for 20 plus years. Â The group talked about names for a couple of minutes and I suggested Dodie….. Dodie it is! Â I am doing this 6 days late so I really can’t remember any other crap!
Naked-Man Moleskin:
Everyone has a story and this group of guys had some amazing stories. Â My big take away is not to let my daughter in the basement with her boyfriend. Â From the stories I heard, nothing good happens there. Â We also had a member of our crew get caught buck naked on top of his girlfriend on day one of a 7 day family vacation, by her parents!!!! Â Good workout, Great time!
