INTRO:

With short notcie of being asked to Q and only having a day to prepare something for the Beatdown YHC decided to wing most of the beatdown and only had a general plan of what was going to happen.

WARM-O-RAMA:

Started out with a half a lap before circling up and provided a quick disclaimer for the two FNG. Next did SSH IC, Weed Pickers IC, Imperial Walkers IC, and Merkins OYO. Merkins were for Garfield to smell the grass since he was wondering what was on it.

THE THANG:

Since YHC only had a general plan for todays beatdown most everything was decided on the spot. YHC only plan was to do a run around the 1/3 mile loop and then some exercises after each lap. Total distance was 3 miles of running with various exercises after each lap. Grabbed the Coupons of 30ish lbs of bricks per backpack to start the Indian Run. Some laps were with coupons and some without coupons but changed the method to last person runs backwards to the front, Scout Run, or just a regular Indian Run. After each lap group performed some exercises of which YHC does not remember them all as each time it changed and was decided on when the group stopped. 10x 4 Man Merkins were used the first lap. Second lap was 4 Man Merkins again with a Lung Walk across the field, Mosey back to the start, and 10 Batwings IC. Other laps included Sqerkins, Squat Jumps, Bear Crawls, Dips, Calf Raises, Lt. Dans, Batwings, and maybe some others. Final lap was a half lap before circling up for the last 4 minutes of Mary by YHC, Garfield, and Drumstick. Each Mary was done until the PAX leading that one decided to stop while the FNGs went to the center of the circle to tell everyone about themselves while doing Squats. After the time had ended the PAX gathered up the coupons to put up and circle up.

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

Dodi attempte to be the sixth man but Garfield kinda highjack it so moved on to the FNGs. My Pleasure (welcome) met his wife at the Chik-fil-A that he owns. Both Ends (welsome) had to stop a couple of times to merlot and another time to make a pit stop.

Prayers for Grylls with going through some issues with ex and not sleeping well because of it. Crickets mom who is in hospice and for the family as they all go through this tough time. Papa Johns brother who tried to harm himself after coming out of surgery. Both Ends has a test coming up for his job that the outcome would determine if he keeps his job.
