INTRO:

I try to be serious as little as possible. My Mom would be happy to hear that. She told me in high school she thought I was so serious that I’d die of a heart attack 🙂 But so, in all seriousness, I mean no disrespect to native Americans by calling this workout 6 little Indians. The beatdown involved a very long Indian run and the title is a play on words to found childhood rhyme. I love native Americans and I  hate the actions of my fellow Americans towards native Americans in the past. #nufsaid

THE THANG:

Indian run around the whole campus. Stopping every few minutes for some more fun and then back to the run. All 6 little Indians took turns picking the exercise and counting the cadence. The fun included:

25 Dips, 25 Merkins rolls, 25 Donkey Kicks, 25 flutter kicks, 25 American hammers, 25 LBCs , 25 burpees, 25 J-lows, 25 of something else I cannot remember, 25 LBCs, 50 of the Garfield special, (5 merkins, 5 swats – in cadence, repeat 5 times).

Then back to the flag for some final mary’s

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

Prayers for Cricket, big time, running his Mom’s funeral as an only child without his Dad. Speaking, playing and probably bankrolling the whole thing. We love you Cricket and prayed hard for you today. Prayers for Garfield, praises for landing a huge account but prayers for manage his time well enough to spend the most time with his M and 2.0. Also Tinder is about to have the Grand opening of his practice!

It true Swisher form I like to share marriage advice I’ve curated over the years. This time is was to be truly interested in your M’s day and or line of work. Ask her how her day was, and be truly interested. Ask follow up questions. Ask about something she told you before today. Focus on being interested rather than be interesting.
