INTRO:

Close to the end of the Year, Well last Saturday of it anyway. I am picking up the slack for our favorite Mole. Very gloomy Saturday with 50 degree temps so no complaints here since we were in single digits temps last year.

WARM-O-RAMA:

Not much of a warm-up today, we grabbed the coupons and headed out to the turf field for some Explain-O-rama.

THE THANG:

I had 9 stations set up along the sidelines, 1 station at each 10 yard marker as follows:

1. Crab walk to the opposite side with a sandbag on your lap, partner crab walks it back

2. Lunge walk with SB overhead, down and back

3. Overhead SB throw, down and back

4. Partner drag, one down the other back

5. Lung walk Super (60#) sandbag held on the chest, down and back

6. Super SB throw, down and back

7. Wheel Barrow down, a partner brings it back

8. Side Bear Crawl down and back

9. Kodiak Crawl, a partner brings it back

We had 2 groups of 2 and 1 group of 3. We went through each station once and moseyed back to the flag.

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

We put up the coupons and transferred the rest from Dory’s Jeep into the Dreaded Ram, Home of the sand babies. Convergence on Tuesday at the Lions Den. Thankful that we are able to hold each other accountable and make this happen every week. Pray for all those traveling still.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

As I wind down 2018 with me and the family, almost nothing on the calendar for these last few weeks, Nice. I have taken the last two weeks of December off to spend some time with the family and it’s been great. I encourage everyone to spend time with their kids because it will be gone before you know it. So much I still want to show them and the things I still need to do with them, I don’t think I’ll get it all done but I will do my best. And we can’t forget the M, Most important, the wife. We work pretty well as a team and I need to remember that she needs me just as much as I need her, although I think I need her more. Remember not to sweat the small stuff, it really doesn’t matter in the end. Do the most with what you have and listen to your kids laugh every chance you get. I love you all!
