INTRO:

A record showing in the gloom this morning. All the PAX were eager to get started and they waived their right to a warm-up in lieu of more running. These PAX are eager. 

WARM-O-RAMA:

Skipped since they just wanted the miles

THE THANG:

The PAX were given the course before we started. The route was down Arnold Mill towards the fire station to the park across the street where the PAX would run all the way to the end and circle back towards the parking lot with the cars. Once they returned to the flag the PAX were to keep running across the street down towards Woofstock park and they would turn around with just enough time to get back to the flag at 0615. Each PAX runs at their own pace and was encouraged to hang with a buddy. Nomad took off like a bat out of hell and I don’t think anyone was able to catch up with him. Just at 0615 the PAX circled back up at the flag, except for Swamp Donkey who took another lap to end at a cool 6 miles. Good work!

Impressive showing this morning men. I can definitely tell that I am improving just after 2 visits. I would encourage any PAX that have not visited this AO to come on out. It is a welcome change of pace from your average beatdown. SYITG
