Ruck on and shuffled up the shil to the bleachers for 20 Ruck front dips, Ruck On

Partnered up for a short sprint while partner held up both Ruck then switch, Ruck On

20  Merkins sliding the ruck side to side, Ruck on

20 Ruck Front squats, Ruck on

Ruck off for 20 ruck rows followed by 20 ruck presses, Ruck on

Ruck Bear Crawl, Ruck on

Shuffled up and down the steps a few times then headed back to the flag
