INTRO:

21 showed for route 66 with tire trouble. As always, Pax accepted the challenge and pushed through. I was tempted to use the new field but I couldn’t get the tires off my mind.  I enjoy team work, and we have tires so we did a  teamwork tire routine.  On paper its hard to tell hard a workout will be. We did not complete Route 66 but we it was still sweat fest.  Great Job men. Especially those in a group of 3. And Bloodhounds group which got  a larger tire. Respect!

21s-SSH to 5 in cadence outloud finish 6-21 silently and everyone must stop together. 5 burpees for pax if anyone finishes early or late. It only took 3 times to get it together.

 

 

 

THE THANG:

 

 

Break off into groups of 3 or 4 by height- grab a tire and head to what
is normally the last light pole in route 66.
At each light pole do the following.

 

5 merkin hand on tire

10 jump ups with both feet on tire

20 quick feet- alternating fee on tire

 

 

30 step ups starting with both feet on the ground. Step up one foot at
a time until both feet on tire then back down in fast pace

 

 

Last -Alternating these lifts every other light  pole. 40- front squats- 40 chest press

 

 

Over head carry to next light pole rinse and repeat,

 

 

 

 

 

Made it through 6 seven light poles.

 

 

 

 

With a few minutes left, mosey to flag with your group and on the way
pick up trash.  The group with the most
trash gets to tell 2 other groups to do 10 burpees. Great job on the trash
grab.  It was too close to call so we all
did 5 burpees.
