Waking up at 4:45 to be the first one at the AO on your birthday is never easy, however do this and seeing Matchstick already giving me a hard time and waiting for me makes it even more fun. If he only knew YHC had a plan to have some fun. Quickly, YHC took the supplies to the other side of the school and we waited as men started pulling in. With a makeshift board made the night before and two large wooden dice. It was time to play a little game the YHC likes to call

ROLL THE DICE BIRTHDAY BEATDOWN (OR ROLL THE DICE BEATDOWN ON A NORMAL DAY)

The board has number 1 – 12, roll the dice and perform 35 reps of said exercise. After your roll the dice, flip the number down and a new exercise remained (if you roll the number again)

The game start by having Matchstick roll first, and he did exactly as YHC hoped and rolled a 7: 35 Burpees (WAY TO GO MATCHSTICK)

After this we all took turns rolling and performing exercises. After a few too many take a laps, we modified to take a half lap.

As time was starting to wind down, YHC knew we would not finish, so YHC had all members who had not Q’ed before take a turn rolling one die one last time. If they rolled the number 1 they were the winner.
