INTRO:

YHC 2nd time up at Q and its of course raining again! But that didn’t stop 10 Motivators from coming out and playing with blocks like old school farms. Was a lovely way to start the Friday get wet and workout. 

WARM-O-RAMA:

Quick Mosey to the front parking lot where we circled up and performed the following

15 SSH

10 Weed Pickers

10 Windmills

Sun Gods oyo

love yourself (Michael Phelps) oyo

Then a quick mosey back to the main parking lot where the flag is to pick up some coupons/blocks.

THE THANG:

Here we go! Pax split up into teams of 3, giving us 3 groups with one having 1 additional. At the end of the parking lot is where the pain began! 

1st team member in the team would take two blocks and farmers walk to the end of the parking lot and back

2nd team member would perform the following workouts (collectively as a team 300 reps)

Merkins

LBCs

Squats

Flutter Kicks

More is on this list but we only made it here have the rest for another day!

3rd team member would run laps until the 1st member returned with the blocks

Once the 1st team member returned everyone would rotate, so 1st to 2nd, 2nd to 3rd, and 3rd to 1st.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Was a good day and a good turn out for this rainy morning! Will forever be funny hearing Alcoa’s reaction to finally getting an audible way after he was done with his walk “NOW YOU CALL AN AUDIBLE”.  I broke Alcoa twice now so lets see if i can do a 3rd even though he says it won’t happen! Those farmers walk are no joke! Fun Mumble chatter this after all said and done! Lets keep this F3 Family growing gents!
