INTRO:

Strong numbers despite there being a CSAUP and a beatdown at THL. 7 PAX showed up for a partner themed 0.0 beatdown. At 0700 sharp we moseyed down to the practice field.

WARM-O-RAMA:

Circled up and performed:

15x SSH
10x Windmills
10x Copperhead Squats

Finished off the warm-up with 1 round of Batwings (thanks Kiffin):

10x Sun Gods (Forwards)
10x Sun Gods (Backwards)
10x Seal Claps
10x Overhead Claps

PAX were instructed not to drop their arms during the Batwings.

THE THANG:

In position, the PAX partnered up to perform FLORA, which is DORA’s evil twin. The PAX would perform the exercise and then work their way to the next corner of the field. The exercises were all partnered and they were as follows:

1st Corner

Partner Rows – 100
Lunge Walk to next corner

2nd Corner

LBC’s/Hold 6 inches (1 PAX performed LBC’s while other held 6 inches) – 200
Bear Crawl to next corner

Final Corner

Squats/Al Gore’s (1 PAX performed Squats while other performed Al Gore) – 300
Hold for the 6

Thoroughly exhausted and with sore legs it was time for the final exercise. Thanks Babyface for this gem:

Burpee Broad Jump – The PAX lined up at the corner of the field. Start by performing 1 Burpee. Once complete, Broad Jump as far as you can. The Burpee count was increased by 1 each time until either time ran out or they made it to the other side of the field.

*SPOILER ALERT* Time ran out and no one made it to the other side.

With 2 minutes to spare, the PAX moseyed back to the flag to close everything out.

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

Name-o-rama, 6th man (Slim Shady), and welcomed FNG (Wingman). If you are curious as to how he got the name it was because he met his wife when she was his friend’s girlfriend.

Appreciate the opportunity to lead a 0.0 workout. Great group of guys that we have at this location and we keep growing. Wingman has already started EHing other Sad Clowns to come out next Saturday. I look forward to our continued growth and I am thankful for the community and accountability.
