INTRO:

WARM-O-RAMA:

Mosey around Clinic, 20 side straddle hop, 15 weed pickers

THE THANG:

Partner Squerkins: Each partner does 10 squats and 10 merkins

Move to field in front of stage

Partner Long Jumps: Partner 1 air chairs on sidewalk while Partner 2 long jumps to half of the field. Now, Partner 2 air chairs while Partner 1 makes it halfway. After both make it halfway, the process is repeated until both Reach the other sidewalk. Both sprint back together

Move to circular patch of grass by parking lot

Partner 1 does 10 burpies in the middle of the patch of grass while Partner 2 waits by lunging aroundthe circle. After Partner 1 is finished, switch roles.

Move to grassy seating area

Partner 1 wheelbarrows across one section of seating row while Partner 2 hold his legs. Then they switch and wheelbarrow across the second section and reach the third section

At the third section they sit on the edge of the seating area with their legs straight out and spell QUACKERS twice

Move back to stage and repeat 4 more times

At the end, meet in front of stage and have a duck joust. You are on a team with your partner from the workout and try to knock down other teams until there is one team left.
