INTRO:

Every week all 20+ Cinderellas get loaded in fear and hopes of pulling big numbers and having to modify on the fly.  Every week less than half get used.  YHC loaded only 7 this morning for a partner planned beatdown.  Should be enough right?

Pull into the parking lot at 5:20 am and there are already PAX waiting……and they kept coming.  Trying to figure out how to modify the beatdown in the event we went past 14 PAX.  5:30 hit and we had 13 ready for the beatdown.  Start the short mosey to the end of the parking lot and Yokel pulls up before the warmup.  That makes 14!  Perfect.

THE THANG:

Grab a Jump Rope, a Cinderella and a Partner and head to the playground.

Round 1…

Partner 1 starts 100 Pullups until Partner 2 gets back to pick up where he left off.

Partner 2 does 100 jump ropes then swaps with partner until Pullups are complete.

Round 2…

Partner 1 starts 200 Flutter kicks

Partner 2 Walks with Block overhead around the playground stopping at each corner post and does 20 curls.  Swap until flutters are done.

Round 3…

Partner 1 starts 300 dips

Partner 2 100 Rope Jumps.  Swap until dips are complete.

Round 4…

Partner 1 starts 400 American Hammers

Partner 2 walks with block overhead around playground, stopping at each corner and does 10 overhead presses.  Swap until complete.

Head back to the flag for a few minutes of Mary.

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

Count off for the name-o-rama and we end at 13.  13??????  After minutes of debate that felt like an hour the PAX told us Duggar snuck out and left due to a Ghost Pepper issue.  Glad he’s ok.
