Today we talked about the 3rd F – Faith. The 1st F stands for Fitness, the 2nd F stands for Fellowship and the 3rd F stands for Faith. In F3 we say the 1st F is the magnet. It is what makes a man give F3 a shot for the first time. The 1st F pulls a man from the fartsack for the first time. The 2nd F is the glue. Fellowship is what bonds us together and it is what keeps a man coming back. The 3rd F is what we call the dynamite. In F3 we believe when a man starts taking care of himself physically and doing life in community with other good men, he will start looking outward instead of inward. When a man starts to seek greater purpose and living for the man beside him, that is when he can really make an impact on his family, his workplace and his community – the 3rd F is the DYNAMITE! As we say in Cherokee, F3 is about the man standing beside you and the man who has not showed up yet. Keep giving it away West Cobb Pax!
