We have brains in our heads and feet in our shoes, Oh runners this beatdown is made for you.

WARM-O-RAMA:

Warm-O-Rama? What’s that, clearly made for a boot camp and only that

THE THANG:

We took off to the trails of Noonday Creek, running the 2nd day of the week

The air was cool and the pace was smooth, and pleasant discussions to boot

the Pax ran to the end of the trail and back without fail

Even conquering the Woodstock hill, oh what a thrill

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

Circled up around a bucket and flag with no Homeboy to nag

Prayed and enjoyed a parking lot coffeeteria with a Tiny Tat starsky

 

Naked-Man Moleskin:

This beatdown is an awesome alternative to the typical beatdown. Hooch was very chatty and Beater is a goat. Gut Check posted because he has a meeting tomorrow that will interfere with the Clinic. 8 days in and he is drinking the Koolaide.  Next week we might check out the Copper Coin for a non-parking lot brew.
