INTRO:

November is Tebow’s birthday month, so everything was based on his birthday. All exercises were done in reps using the date 11-1-18 and his birthday, the 26th. Since I’m gonna be 50 and I was born in 68, I thought about using those numbers for reps as well, but decided I didn’t want anyone hatin’ on me!

WARM-O-RAMA:

After a brief jog, we started with Weedpickers, then windmills, then sun gods, side straddle hop, and ended with quick count merkins. 

THE THANG:

After a brief Indian run, we did 11 merkins, 18 bench jumps, 26 dips, then 1 lap. (repeated 3 times). After another Indian run to Sequoia’s field, we did 11 burpees, ran to the 50-yard line, 18 big boys, ran to the end zone, did 26 squats. (repeated 3 times). With 9 minutes remaining, we had time for everyone’s favorite, bear crawls.

Fun was had by all.

 

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

Prayers for F3 brothers dealing with marriage issues. Continued prayers for Woody and Cricket and their expectant wives. Prayers for the family Aquaman mentioned, who lost a loved one to cancer this week.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Wanted to take a minute and comment on the F3 brothers with marital issues. It’s tough guys. I just went through it. It sucks, no doubt. I’m just coming off the toughest year of my life. I just want to say that it DOES GET BETTER. 

When you are going through it, it’s not something you want to talk about all the time, so most of you probably only heard me mention it a couple of times. But, what I wanted to say is, that over the past 6 or 7 months, I have REALLY appreciated my time with F3. You guys have inspired and motivated me through some miserable times. I appreciate the opportunity to exercise and fellowship with you guys. It means a lot. THANK YOU. – TEBOW
