No Mercy Madoff Mile: 4 Laps around the track, every 1/6 of a mile PAX perform posted exercises;  20 Merkins, Bear Crawl, Lunges, 25 Copperhead Squats

20, 20, 20, 20:  PAX start on goal line, broad jump 20 yards, do 20 Austin Ass Kickers (Kodiak count), back peddle 20 yards, do 20 monkey humpers (single count).  Continue to the end zone then sprint back to starting goal line.

Finished with Gutbusters:  PAX circle, play, everybody in plank, play “Ghostbusters” song, do a burpee when they say “Ghost Busters”, start doing plank jacks when they say “I ain’t afraid of no ghosts”  and then stop doing plank jacks when they say “I ain’t afraid of no ghosts” the second time.
