INTRO:

Ricky Bobby sent some time marketing The Cheetah and I did not want to let him or the 14 PAX, that showed, down.  Would the beatdown be too basic? Would it be hard enough?  What is the right music for such a beatdown… hmmm let’s start with nothing but The Cult.

THE THANG:

Quick mosey back to school entrance, because I wanted to get all 4 rounds in.

YHC announced that we would be doing The Dab, which consisted of 10 Burpees per min for 5 min then a lap around the school.  Rinse and repeat X 4.  “No Chitwood, my name is not Richard.”  I started The Cult and then the timer.. let’s roll.

I started fairly easy for the 1st 50 burpees.  After each lap it became more fun.  In order to keep the PAX doing burpees together we waited on the six each time.  Mary’s occupied us.  Due to the length of each lap we were not able to complete 4 rounds.  After 3 we headed to the flag.

We circled the island and did “Merry Go Round Derkins”.  Feet on the curb.  Do one Derkin then slide to the right.  Rinse and repeat.  After half a lap around we stopped for some Bat Wings where we added Raise the Roofs at the each for good measure (Thanks to Manning).  We then attempted finish the Merry go round.  There was a lot of mumble chatter that sounded more like threats to the Q.

Just enough time for a couple rounds of Mary and time was up.

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

Harp was our sixth man.  He and the family have had some struggles lately but he is a HIM among HIM’s.  Harp you are an inspiration to the rest of us in every way.
