INTRO:

Stepping in for Tinder today, YHC figured we could help the Pax out with their Burpee Challenge. But, it was cold and only getting colder, so (as Law Dog mentioned), maybe Pearls on a String/Corner to Corner would keep us warm in between. And of course, Garf’s favorite, SSH 21s with 10 burpee penalty when we screw up.

THE THANG:

Taking a Tour de Rusk. Pax will run in a group around the Dean Rusk building, stopping at each corner to perform 10 burpees, 20 merkins, and 30 big boy situps. After completing, Pax circle up to do SSH 21s. Pax failed every time except for once, so penalty for failure was 10 more burpees, then mosey to next corner of the building. Typically, it was Matchstick failing, but I did notice a schoolboyish look on Drumstick’s face right before he ruined one of our attempts. For the one time we actually passed the SSH 21s test, no 10 penalty burpees and we got to skip the next corner exercises as well. All in all, we completed 101 burpees, and God only knows how many merkins, BBSs, and SSHs. Back to the flag for a set of merkins 10s with burpee penalty, but we passed that challege. Assorted Mary performed by Aquaman, Big Kev-O (Kiff), and Law Dog.
