Well YHC finally decided to bring his Pointer/Setter mix to join the pack of wild dogs running around the Wicked woods of Birmingham. Big mistake after performing an epic wipe-out on the gravel road Pana would have no regards for the Q’s instruction and threw the whole thing into a spin…

WARM-O-RAMA:

Calves raise 25 OYO, SSH 25. Leg stretches. 

THE THANG:

Split the pax into 2 teams, that was easy, then each team ran into opposite direction the Big Loop racing to the bottom stream. First team to get there radio the other and wait for the six. Once reunited the winning team decides the exercise performed by the other team as well as one set for itself.

Then race back up to the top parking lot, this time exchanging routes to be fair.

Finish up with another mile to the pull-up bars, 2 sets of 10 and BBSU.

Back to the parking lot for some MARY.
