INTRO:

YHC has been fighting a sinus infection and traveling a lot this past week. Sorry for my late BB. My bad boys! Babyface told me the night before, I could not produce a FNG at Dupree on Saturday morning. So I chased down a man at Dupree that was doing interval sprints. Anyone doing interval sprints at 7:30 in the morning by himself at the park is a perfect candidate for F3. For that matter, everyman is a candidate for F3. When I invited this bro, I thought he would say “sure I will check it out sometime.” Nope, he said “awesome, let’s go!” We named him Silverado because he retired from Ford. Afterwards I determined the name Silverado is even more fitting because he is 67 years young and his is like a rock! He does burpees on his fist and he is a strong man of faith. YHC can’t wait to get to know this guy. Btw, Silverado posted 4 times this week. Including our brand new 3rd F meeting on Fridays at Drumstick’s house.

Partner up – 500 LBC’s, 400 Squats, 300 Flutter Kicks, 200 Merkins, and 100 Burpees. P1 starts exercises and P2 runs lap around track. Swap and work through entire beatdown. Mosey back to the flag for Mary.
