INTRO:

16 HIMs showed in the gloom this morning basking in the extremely well-lit Creekview parking lot. With the Grixxlies taking on Pope this Friday, those boys were getting in some work as well. Homeboy shows and opens up a free sample bazaar on the tailgate of his truck (only the first one is free boys). Garfield rescues the PAX with a shovel flag because the Kodiak flag is in Cricket’s other car…but its wet and Garfield gets plenty of chastising from Bloodhound. Off to a great start! Time hits and we begin our mosey.

WARM-O-RAMA:

Gathering on the far end of the parking lot we begin the warmup.

SSH-and two more PAX show up! Voodoo and Nutmeg make their debut, now we are at 18!

THE THANG:

Mosey over to the gloom of the Middle School field for some ascending Destroyer Yul Brenner Shuttle Runs. PAX starts with 1 plank destroyer, runs the width of the field and does 1 Yul Brenner in sequence. Back across and 2 Destroyers, 2 Yul Brenners; up to 5. This was hard. Cricket began to wonder if he was going to be able to hold his newborn child if his M went into labor today. 

PAX that finished early did some Mary. YHC did not finish early. I think I saw flutter kicks and LBCs.

Mosey to the side of the Middle School for some Aiken legs. 20 squats, 20 box jumps, 20 lunges (Kodiak) and 20 Split jumps (Rubicon). Air chair for the six, rinse and repeat.

So now we’ve destroyed our arms and legs. Moving on to everything else. PAX split into groups of 3 for some partner carry Catch Me if you can. One PAX carries another while the third does 5 burpees and switches everyone out. 2 Laps and a little extra were completed.

Mosey back to the flag and close out with some Captain Thors. 1:4 count of Crunchy Frog and American Hammer without dropping your feet. PAX made it to 6 and 24.
