WARM-O-RAMA:

For some reason we have moved warmups to down by the tennis courts.  Bottom of the hill.  Who says you have to start with side straddle hop?

THE THANG:

Lets start with our calves and work our way up!

Backwards run up both hills to the top to warm us up a little.

Get on your toes and start doing squats.  Dont let your heels hit the ground!

The rule is when you go under an overhang, 10 burpees, first round on the way to the playground 

Run through the playground.  Second round of burpees.

Partner carry up two ramps, run back down long ramps and swap. Stay on your toes!  3 Rounds

Ok boys, find a partner and do some Ass Sniffers! 2 rounds

Elevated single leg squats, together!  That ass will be hurting tomorrow!

Make a line grab a swing, lean back and do chest to swing, set of 10, move to the next swing, 80 in all! 

Curls for the girls! Lean back holding the swing curl to your forehead! 5 per swing, 40 total

Ok lets hit the back of the arm- diamond pushups

Pike pushups!

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

What a great time of year, but it comes with pain.  So many people hurting.

Prayers for the guys that are working through the new normal at the holidays.  Hard hitting’s sister-n-law, Pam and her breast cancer, Thrasher,  I am sure I am missing some others.  

Thankful we have a saviour that knows our pain and our joy.  Love these guys and the opportunity to get together with everyone on Saturdays.
