INTRO:
I designed this beatdown to make the rain stop and I guess it heard my beatdown and stopped raining. It just made it very cold. 9 commited HIM’s showed up to the best beatdown south of the Kodiak

THE THANG:

It was COLD and windy. So I wanted to not waste any more time and warm us up. 

We moseyed over to the opposite bus entrance and started with something I call “Make it Rain” 

Partner ex: Partner one runs to end of the road and back while partner does 1: Burpee 4: Monkey Humpers while we listened to some classic 90’s Jams like “This is how we do it” “California Love” “Hyptonize” 

Next we wanted to figure out what the point of all this rain was. We found new partners and did 5(for number of days it rained) carolina DRY docks at every arrow in the lap of the bus lot. Partner did shoulder press with coupons while waiting. 

Lap 2 did Whipers like windshield whipers and big boy situps with the coupon. 

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

I discovered 3 of pax went to Lassiter. My rival highschool that I wanted to go to. My wife went to Lassiter so we won’t have any turf wars. 

Prayers for Dixie Chick that his ex will see the light and allow his daughter to spend more time in his life. I can’t imagine how frustrating that might be.
