INTRO:

YHC Hasbro here, filling in for Manning since he can’t be bothered to record a backblast for this beatdown.

WARM-O-RAMA:

The runners did runny-things while the ruckers got right to business and hit the trail.

THE THANG:

Dory joined YHC for a 2.44mi ruck.  I was feeling ambitious about a new route, which under ideal conditions would put us back at the parking lot right on the money.  As it was, we took a few rides on the slip and slide and slowed up the pace a little bit arriving 9 minutes late.  Most PAX would probably whine about that but I think Dory was disappointed we didn’t go for another lap.

Not sure what the runners did but they were at least kind enough to wait on us without complaint.

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

Prayers for the many PAX that are currently dealing with injuries, struggles with addiction, friction (not the preferred kind, either) in their marriages.
