INTRO:

YHC wasn’t sure what to expect today with most of the PAX vacationing during Fall Break, but a strong group of 13 posted at the Kodiak

WARM-O-RAMA:

A short little run around the Kodiak parking lot and we circled up for some SSH (Swisher was not happy with YHC’s speedy counting, but we had lots o’ work to do), Windmills, and Alternating Shoulder Planks

THE THANG:

Monday Qs after a nice long weekend are tough, they’re even tougher when you know most of the PAX flew south and are enjoying the beach. YHC need something nice and straightforward to get the blood pumping for the rest of the beatdown…

Field Work: we headed out to the pretty new turf field and lined up on the goal line

Round 1
– sprint 50 yards
– 10 yards to decelerate
– Lunge walk 20 yards
– Inchworm Merkins for 20 yards
– Bear crawl back out to the 50 and mosey back to the original goal line

Round 2
– sprint 50 yards
– 10 yards to decelerate
– Broad Jump 20 yards
– Sundial for 20 yards
– Crab Walk back out to the 50 and mosey back to the original goal line

40s
We then moved over to the metal mountains  for a round of 40s with Monkey Humpers at the top and Dips at the bottom

With time running out, we headed back to the flag and closed it out with some Dying Cockroaches and Freddy Mercury’s
