INTRO:
I was torn between pulling out the Dexicon cards or coming up with a beat down and since I couldn’t come up with an original way to use the cards I had to dig through the exercise list. 

WARM-O-RAMA:

Trying to keep up with my goal of keeping the Warm-O-Rama different, YHC picked Alternating High Speed Knees, Abe Vigoda and Micheal Phelps. (I know I know I have used Michael Phelps before, but everyone was going to need their shoulders warm for the festivities. 

THE THANG:

Mosey to the back of the school.

Round 1:     Burp Back Mountain, Partner up, one partner run to the end of the lot and run backwards back while your partner does burpees. (100 Combined) 

Round 2:     Absolution,  Partner up, one partner karaokes to the halfway point and back while your partner does Absolution’s. Eight count exercise includes a Groiner, Mahktar and Chilly Jack. (100 Combined) 

Wow, we made it through those faster than I thought. Glad I had my weinke with me. 

Round 3:     Alarms,  Shoulder Taps, Squat Jumps, Peter Parkers, Ranger Merkins and more Makhtars, Alternate partner Running and one exercise ‘s. (Combined 50 of each)

Mosey back to the flag for some Mary. 

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

Prayers for Old Blue’s coworker Bob going in for heart surgery today. Prayers for Cricket’s M and some rest. Prayers for safe travels for everyone traveling through the holiday.  

Naked-Man Moleskin:

I am always nervous that the beat down choice will not be worth people getting up and out in the gloom. I am always relieved to hear the mumble chatter about how miserable an exercise is. 

Judging from the amount of expelled gasses today I think I missed out on a good bean meal yesterday!
