INTRO:

Not gonna lie, I was pretty excited to Q my first 0.0 and to bring it. After Q’ing my initial Hall-OW-een on Monday, I was a little disappointed so I switched the beatdown and came up with something new(not sure if I would say better)

WARM-O-RAMA:

TBH I wasn’t sure how to conduct the warm-o-rama, so this consisted of walking to the basketball courts with SSH, weed pickers and Michael Phelps

THE THANG:

The amount of mumble Chatter from Law Dog made me think the beatdown wasn’t challenging enough, so I tried to kick things up a notch. There was still plenty of mumble chatter but at the end some wise HIM said, “I didn’t do a lot of the workout so I could get in mumble chatter” 

Hall-OW-een. Each letter was an exercise and I added 15 merkins in between each exercise. Since this is 0.0 we had to go full circle and go back through each exercise.

E- BurpEE’s 31 (Skipped this first round through) To make up for it did Elevens with Copper Head Squats and BB Situps 

N-Not so Lazy Boys. Lean back with arms crossed. Like american hammer but touch right elbow pause. Middle pause. Left elbow pause. 1 Rep and did 31

PAX was crushing it with time, so I previewed our Monday beatdown.
