INTRO:

We had a good group of guys show up this morning, I’m glad to see strong numbers at The Vineyard.  I was a little concerned about the beat down this morning because my plan involved the football field and I didn’t have a backup plan.  But one of the PAX assured me that he left the gate unlocked at an event on the football field so I decided to go with it.

WARM-O-RAMA:

The PAX did a mosey out onto the track from one end zone to the next and the back to the 50 yard line for circle time.

THE THANG:

Today we worked on the four corners of the football field.

50 merkins, sprint to next corner, 50 merkins, bear crawl to next corner, 50 merkins, run backwards to next corner, 50 merkins, bear crawl backwards back to the starting line.  Then we waited on the six.

We used this partern for merkins, LBCs and squats.

Time flew by and the first time I looked at my watch it was already 06:05 and we were wrapping up our final lap.  Once the six caught up we performed one lap of stadiums as a PAX and headed back to the flag for 5 minutes of Mary.  We found out that beater likes to inflict as much pain as possible during Mary.  Time’s up.

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

Trill was our 6th man today.  Trill talked about how much F3 has positively influenced his life and how the days that he starts with F3 are so much better at work and home.  He also told us that DrumStick EHed him and then didnt show up at his first beatdown.

We ask for prayers for DrumStick who is dealing with some tough personnel issues at work.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Today I challenged the PAX to read The Screwtape Letters by CS Lewis.  It will open your mind to the tactics that the enemy uses on you to bring you further away from Christ and closer to eternity in hell.  One way they do this is by keeping you in a state of mediocrity.  Mediocrity and complacency keep you from asking too many questions.  Satan doesn’t want to you to start asking questions because then you start looking for, and getting, answers.  So good job to the men of F3 because we are constantly fighting a state of mediocrity.  Every morning that We beat the Fartsack is a day that starts out with winning our first battle.  Keep that momentum going men, let it effect your work life, your home life and most importantly your life in Christ.

Also, someone smelled like baby powder this morning, it was really nice.
