INTRO:

Saturday the 6th was YHC’s 11th anniversary, so because of that and an impromptu trip to Gatlinburg, this BB is getting out a little later than normal.  Cobains for the tardiness.

The crowd was small for THL and B0.0MTown so the decision was made by THL’s Q to join us for some B0.0Mtown style fun.

WARM-O-RAMA:

We circled up and did a few IC Windmill, SSH, Weedpikers, & (since we were heading to Gatlinburg) Hillbillies.

THE THANG:

The first thing we did was celebrate by 11 years with 11’s, and since marriage is an uphill climb at times we did bear crawls up the hill.  We started with 10 squats at the top & 1 Merkin at the bottom, and since you know how 11’s work I’ll leave it at that.

Next, we grabbed some coupons out of the car for the Filthy 50 I had set up.  It was comprised of 50 reps of each exercise in whatever order you wanted, just get through the whole board.  I’m not going to reveal the 10 exercises as it will likely be repeated some time, you’ll just have to show up to find out.

Time was called and we headed back to the flag. Some made it through all 10, some did not, all got stronger.
