INTRO:
Running is always everyone’s favorite. At least my favorite because I’m not good at it. So let’s make it a great weekend for all 23 PAX to hopefully feel the pain with exercises spread throughout to get the heart rate up.  I saw Yogi at Las Palmas consuming a large marguerita and I had a large Dos Equis;  so why not do a little field exercise?
WARM-O-RAMA:
Mosey throughout the parking lot from the flags to the turf field. Audible to the left towards the practice field and did cariocas to the right down one stretch of the parking lot then cariocas to the left down the parking lot back to the turf field.  Oval up for warm ups; welcome FNGs (5) with disclaimer
20 Side Straddle Hops in Cadence, 15 Weedpickers in cadence, Sun Gods OYO (forward and backward).

THE THANG:
The Caterpillar
PAX formed 4 lines at the gold line. Each member elbow planked in a line 2-3 yds apart. The first member leap frogs each member to the end of the line. Then the next member would do the same. And so on, and so on, and so on. Each member would leap frog to the end of the line 3 times. Reverse back to the starting position with each member leap frogging the others 3 more cycles.

30 Burpees OYO, Run 100 yds to the other goal line, Bear Crawl 20 yds, Mosey back to the starting point and wait for the six. Plank/ABS/ETC called by the PAX
50 LBCs OYO, Run 100 yds, Bear Crawl 20 yds, Mosey back to starting point and wait for six with additional AB exercises called by PAX
50 Merkins, Run 100 yds, Bear Crawl 20 yds, Mosey back and wait for the six with additional AB exercises by PAX
100 Side Straddle Hops, Run 100 yds, Bear Crawl 20 yds, Mosey back, wait for six with AB exercises by PAX
50 Jump Squats, Run 100 yds, Bear Crawl 20 yds, Mosey back, wait for six with AB exercises by PAX
PAX Sprints to the 50 yd line, pace it out to the other goal line. ABS called by PAX.   PAX back pedals to the 50 yd line; pace it back to the other goal line. ABS called by PAX.   Rinse and Repeat.
PAX moseys to the bleachers. Line up for DIPS – AMRAP for 5 minutes. When all are done, Floppy called an audible for 10 reps Kodiak count.  Way to burn them out Floppy!
Mosey back to the flags.
