INTRO:

IT. FREAKING. HAPPENED! YHC made it the entire q through workshops, late Falcon games, pregnancy announcements and more. AND. I. FINALLY. SLEPT. THROUGH.MY. ALARM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot stand to be late, or miss things, so when my M woke me up at 5:30 saying are you going to your workout, I bolted up grabbed clothes and not even sure I remembered my pants. Made it just in time to save the PAX from a gracious but miserable looking warmup led by YOGI which foreshadows some of our next Quarter Q’s

WARM-O-RAMA:

From what I saw it looked like Yogi led the pax in some suicides mixed in with a little mary as warm o rama.

THE THANG:

Being reflective, I took it back to my first ever Q at the Kodiak. Fitting, it was raining and wet that day as well. We started with a partner version of the Murph.

100 pullups or burpees depending if you could grip the wet monkey bars on the play ground

200 LBC’s 300 Squats While your partner ran to the second/third light pole(someone added a light pole)

After this we did some pyramid merkins and flutter kicks to add on 200 of each to finish right on time.

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

I’m teaching a workshop this weekend for disabled vets and just made me remember not all wounds are visible. People do not have to be veterans to have invisible wounds, so just remember your brother or sister next to you could be dealing with something on the inside and any little motivator or nice thing could be helpful.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

It was fitting to be the sixth man on my last Q. For those that don’t know me, I am a husband, furdaddy expecting our first real child in Feb(BOY!), Falcoholic, military veteran, and F3 believer.

We will be leading a Veterans Day Beatdown 11/10 at Hurtlocker/Veterans Park it will be to raise awareness for veterans transition and show our appreciation.
