INTRO:

It was that awkward cold that is hard to dress for but hey, we’re going by the Outlet mall, maybe you can pick something up if you need it?

WARM-O-RAMA:

We’re running. You will get warmed up best by doing that so just GO.  

THE THANG:

Given some questions of time and distance the previous evening, YHC decided on a safe bet run with an option for more or less pain.

From the Flag we moseyed down Rope Mill Rd (with a brief but thorough shoulder and knee inspection of the road by YHC, asphalt is in good shape, appropriately firm and abrasive) to the Outlets where the option was reiterated…go on to RMP down by the river for the hill fest back up, or circle the mall 3 times, either way, we regroup for return. With no one looking to modify this day, we all made a run for the river. We returned to the flag safe and close enough to time. It was a fun and eager pack ‘o PAX.

This is a great group to run with. Enjoyed being the Q and that chatterbox that occurs during the miles.
