INTRO:

Boy, I wish the Falcons could of had a few mulligans last night. As your q crawls out of the fartsake and wiped the dried tears from his eyes, I was a little unmotivated. But as I pulled in and a pax was waiting to say he was greeting two fngs I tried to let go over my pain(I should be used to it)

WARM-O-RAMA:

Quick mosey, explanation of the beatdown another mosey and then the warm up because what golfer doesn’t forget to stretch?

THE THANG:

F3 Golf. Partner up and mosey around the large campus of Avery finding 18 “holes” or cones with a x# and the exercise. Each team had one dice and would roll to see what their number was for that hole and times it by the number on the hole.

After 18 holes and everyone shooting or rolling different scores we played a few free holes, took a victory lap to pick up the cones and transitioned into Misty q next week finishing with crunchy frogs

Please prayer for Alcoa as he meets with someone who’s close to him battling some demons and give him the light to see the way.

Thanks to all the PAX there for one another (even Manning) sometimes we can be battling issues and not want to share them, but having this group of men to lean on without even knowing it can be a very uplifting feeling. I know I needed a little pick me up after my birds let me down last night
