Nine posted for a modified old school Dirty McDeuce this morning, heavy on the core, hard on the chest, and some length to the legs .

THE THANG:

A modified Dirty McDeuce was in play — full count chest, core, and leg exercises to 12, followed by a run to the stadium, whereupon 25 donkey kicks were completed, followed by a run around the school and back to the circle.  There were 3 full sets, with the final being Burp & Merc to 10.

Set 1:  Diamond Mercans, Reverse LBCs, Squats
Set 2:  Carolina Dry Docks, BBSU, Split Jacks
Set 3:  Singlet Mercans (6-count exercise combo of Mahktar N’Dyiayes followed by a Mercan); Dollies, Monkey Humpers
Set 4:  Burp & Merc (Full Burpee by with escalating push-ups, e.g. Burpee with 1, burpee with 2, etc. to 10)

Back to the stadium for a final set of Donkey Kicks (100 total) and then to the flag for a full six minutes of Mary:
