YHC was excited to lead the fine men of the Lions Den so I didn’t get much sleep!! 13 men beat the fart sacks and made each other stronger on a brisk chilly morning!!
WARM-O-RAMA:
Mosyed to the back side of the parking lot!! Gave a quick intro and made sure everyone knew I wasn’t a professional !!

Mosyed back to the front part of ;the parking lot! Circled up for the Deck Of Pain!! Each Pax drew a card!

Next up 4 corners!! Divided into 3 groups! This was proving that I was not a professional! Quckily made a 4th group. SLAM

4th station set the tempo pushing the group.
20-15-10-5 sets of Merkins
Still time left we moved over to the grass for some 21 SSH!! Count to 6 then everyone counts OYO the last 15. Â It took two times to get this done not bad !! Next up Fire drill. Â While running in place each pax calls Fire hit the ground 1 Merkin the roll right one more Merkin. We did the Fire drill with Burpees next!! Still a little time for some Marys!!
CIRCLE OF TRUST:
A good number of prayers this morning!! It was great to have guys open up and know that this brotherhood would pray for them. Cant remember all but some of the prayer was for Marriages and Parents health issues.
