INTRO:

I wanted to continue the Misty tradition with a speaker and themed workouts for the new quarter at Crossroads. I will “attempt” to have a theme for every week. Potentially, a theme for the entire quarter, more to come.

As it past 6:20, I began to wonder if I was being punked until Barney rolled up, still I was curious if he missed the memo. The faithful Pax showed up in time to mosey out.

THE THANG:

Since the 4th came in the middle of the week and people are still celebrating, I decided we should have an old-fashioned bbq.  Everyone loves cornhole while they bbq, so we started with 4 corners.

1. Attempt 4 cornhole shots and move to next station. Had to make 4 shots, 100 Merkins, 100 Big boy sit ups, 200 squats. Needless to say our Pax was a little rusty at cornhole. Especially our man Legionairre.

After 3 rounds our grill was getting a little low on the charcoal. We moseyed to the front of the school to pick up some more charcoal. We took turns running down to the end of the parking lot and put a new coupon onto the grill and for fun did 5 burpees when we got back. We practice safe bbq practices, so we retrieved our charcoal and safely put them back out of harms way.

We finished up with a little Q says on the way back to the flag.
