INTRO:
So as YHC was getting a little foreplay in this morning, I noticed a good bit of headlights rolling into the parking lot.  By the time I made it back to the Flag (or where it usually sits), I noticed that the headlights were continuing to roll in.  Not sure if the Pax thought it was Aquaman’s B-day Q since I accidentally left that on the Pre-Blast, but they were in for a rude awakening.  No Aquaman, just a Babyface, and maybe a few friends.
WARM-O-RAMA:
Run to the far parking lot by the football field for some:
Wind Mills
Imperial Walkers
Sun Gods
THE THANG:
Since we are fast approaching the holiday season I figured it would be nice to have some company for the beatdown, and who better than our old friend, Jack Webb. Â The Pax crushed it as always even with YHC trying to trip them up with a preemptive call to get back down and screwing up the count on the 40 air press at the end. Â Somewhere during the fun, Law Dog made the comment that he was glad we did these at the start of the workout, little did he know what was to come.
Â
Next, we did a quick mosey to lay out the path we would run with our upcoming 11’s.  The 11’s consisted of Donkey Kicks and Mike Tyson’s because our arms hadn’t been through enough.  With the PAX’s arms sufficiently spent, we next moved back over the parking lot because we had another friend arriving, Lt Dan.  We did the 1-4 ratio all the way back to the cars (notice the word Flag was omitted). There was some moaning and groaning by the tie we made it back so I wanted to give everyone the chance to work out the newly made soreness in the legs with a quick mosey before circling up for a couple rounds of Mary including: Kiffin –  somewhere in the neighborhood of 1000 LBCs, Chitwood – with a brutal set of American Hammers, followed by Bloodhound audibling away from flutter kicks and opting for 10 Burpees, fun, thank you for that, then we finished off with Law Dog – with the ol’ Hip Dip, because you gotta stay flexible.
CIRCLE OF TRUST:
Wham-o is launching a Mustard Seed down in Hampton, Ga tomorrow, prayers for its success.
Prayers/Praise for Law Dogs uncle who was in a recent car accident.

Naked-Man Moleskin:
