INTRO:
It was cold, I was terrible at counting, and we played frisbee. 

WARM-O-RAMA:

Mosey around the park, taking the outer sidewalk back down.

THE THANG:

Pax splits into two teams. It’s time to play some Ultimate Frisbee (I won’t recount the rules here, we just played standard rules). We used the sidewalks as end-zones. 

At every turnover or interception: 10 Squats (in cadence)

Every time the Frisbee hits the ground: 10 Merkins (in cadence), audible to 5 Merkins (in cadence), once your arms turn to jelly because no one can catch a frisbee audible to 10 Imperial Walkers (in cadence).

At every score: 10 Burpees

Naked-Man Moleskin:

It was real cold as Pax arrived, but we quickly warmed up as we started playing frisbee. Merkins turned my arms to jelly as our frozen fingers kept dropping the frisbee. Mandals and Absentee destroyed us by scoring, forcing us to do burpee after burpee. The final score was 7-0… That means 70 total burpees…

Drumstick gave a shoutout to the young guys of The Clinic. I wanted to say thanks. I also wanted to say how great it is to have the older guys there too. Your wisdom and encouragement is indispensable. I hope I’m sliding around in the mud and showing up in the cold when I’m 65! Respect to Aarp and Stopwatch (get well soon, man).
