“Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.†Okay, so we’re not the post office. But, we do persevere. Despite some whining on slack about the forecast, an onset of burpee challenge fatigue, and an encroaching Saturday 5th grade basketball schedule… the men of B0.0mtown completed their appointed rounds! (well, at least 45 mins worth anyway)
WARM-O-RAMA:
Quick mosey around the concrete lap – kept the running to a minimum while still getting us warmed up.

With a little help from my friends, I got better at my leading cadence today… (and was reminded some things are still best OYO). Thanks for the help fellas.
CIRCLE OF TRUST:
Go check out some of the details on the upcoming Q Source series (f3cherokee.com). I think it’s going to help a lot of us get better, stay focused and aspire for more: Get Right, Live Right, Lead Right, Leave right. I like the sound of that.
Naked-Man Moleskin:
Perfectly sized, everytime. Its funny how the size of the group – big, small or somewhere in the middle – always seems to be the perfect fit. I enjoy the big groups: lots of guys at different levels and our energy feeds off each other. The big groups are excellent at recruiting FNGs and you can count on a lot of laughs. But then you learn the smaller groups are really awesome too – sometimes even better. Somehow the smaller groups quickly morph into a custom-made, tailor-fit beatdown made just for those guys, on that day. Chances are the conditions were not ideal, but you overcame that and you’re really glad you showed up. But even more so, you really appreciate the other guy for showing up for you. Thanks for showing up today guys.
